1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by a Member to access the Platform's services.

2 Member Eligibility

4 Deposit

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the selected payment method and may change over time.

• R24 live does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any charges that may apply are imposed by your payment provider.
• Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method.

5 Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request from their r24 live account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same Member's name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

All bonuses and promotions offered by r24 live are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each Member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses are for the Member's use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Wagering requirements (e.g. 10x or 20x depending on the promotion) must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• R24 live reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if a Member is found to have abused the promotion system or employed wagering strategies solely aimed at meeting rollover requirements.

7 Game Rules

All games on the r24 live Platform are subject to their own specific rules, available within each game's interface. In general:

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round is complete. No appeals will be considered on the grounds of dissatisfaction with a valid game result.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with the account in question.
• Member found to have registered multiple accounts.
• A request received from the relevant legal authorities.

Members may also request account closure or self-suspension at any time through customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once all required verifications have been completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

R24 live shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Loss of internet connection or failure of the Member's device.
• Any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the Member.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to keep their login details confidential.

R24 live will always strive to minimize service disruptions and will provide advance notice as early as reasonably possible for any scheduled maintenance.

11 Responsible Gaming

R24 live is fully committed to a responsible gaming culture. We provide the following tools to help Members better manage their wagering activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit – Members may set their own deposit limits from their account settings.
• Loss Limit – Members may set a maximum loss limit within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limit – The Platform will issue a warning once the set time limit has been reached.
• Cool-Off Period – Members may request a cool-off period from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion – Members may request a permanent suspension from the Platform.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

R24 live reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform unless a separate effective date is specified.
